Aros Sewing Circle
2009-02-01 01:50 pmSo in Aros we have a regular sewing circle. We meet on average every two weeks, gathering people from Aros and the neighbouring shires. We make our separate things, and sometimes we have themes where we make the same things. We have had special sewing circle giftbasket meetings where we made things for the Principality (Nordmark) and Kingdom (Drachenwald).
For sewing circle I sometimes bring my camera and take pictures of this and that. Sometimes details of research, sometimes details of current projects, sometimes overview shots of finished items, sometimes shots of people working, or random fika photos.
So I have nearly 500 of these photos so far. I used to have them up on my gallery, but I'm not really sure I have a purpose for them anymore. I still think it is fun and "useful" to take pictures at sewing circles, because so many pretty things are made and brought out.
I guess what I am asking myself and you, the readers, now is: What should I do with all these pictures?
I've got my project photos on picasa, and my event photos on pixbox. If I post sewing circle shots, which service should I use? Does anyone else find them useful? Interesting? What purpose do they serve?
