The Three Sew Again!
2010-02-22 04:55 pmLast weekend we had a sewing circle in Aros, there were four ladies present, Helwig, Filippa, myself and m'lady Anna, out newest Shire member who for once got to work on her projects without anyone interrupting her, as she came without her daughters. Lovely and talented girls they may be, but being a parent sometimes means helping more than doing for yourself.
Anyway, the geeking reached high levels and the three of us squeed together like giddy schoolgirls at times.
I was productive in cutting out two new shirts, neither for me, to be finished in time for the Winter games and Nordmark Coronet Tourney. One is for Helwig, the first shirt I'll be making her as detailed by my apprentice contract. The other is payment due for a trade I did last year. Whoops.
Further than that, I have nothing new to report, really. I am pondering what I could teach at Double Wars, as the question has been asked, and I must make sure to organise us ladies for the doublet fitting we have talked about. Katheryn wants a blurb to promote the class in the A&S schedule for Double Wars.
That's all I have for now, carry on.
