liadethorneggeI know, the title would seem a bit incongruent - blogging by its very nature is not about optimizing anything. It's about ... well, never mind.
But I would really like a way to update my LJ and add to it a memory keyword at the time of posting. Having to log onto the site and do the update in the web-form works, but I really prefer the lovely client provided as an extension in Firefox (Deepest Sender). It can automatically detect my current music playing and has nifty widgets for insering links and cuts etc which helps to make the posting of a new entry much faster and much less involved than doing a proper website update (which is the entire point really).
Today I was thinking, because the other day I went through -all- of my archive and added posts to memory categories like garb, illumination and website updates etc. I didn't make all entries memories, and I didn't specify what particular project the entry was about. That's where I started looking in both Deepest Sender and in the web interface for a way to immediately tag an entry with a memory keyword. But I didn't find it. Wonder if LJ provides a way to do it at all. I guess I'll search through the FAQs next.
