I'm baa-ack, like one of the walking dead, I also feel like a zombie. I was quite alert this morning and in the car on the way here, but getting out of the car and helping Filippa with her bags I realized that my legs would really rather just fold over and not support me than, say, walk.
I got back to my place, booted up the trusty Gwaihir (that's my laptop. Shut up.) and have transferred pictures. I'll get them edited, cut down, resized and uploaded in a while.
Sven and Thora won.
Robert of Canterbury's "word of introduction" from Pennsic was awesome.
The mobile with a cock's crow signal was not appreciated at 7 am Saturday morning.
Heard at my table: "You give good thumb."
The feast was served up to the tables and not a buffet, halleluiah praise the lord.
I didn't end up wearing the ropa as I was much too warm without it.
I sold my last wax tablet and stylus and two cups. Bought five steel nibs (which came with a nib holder and notebook) and one glass bead.
Brought one dress too many. The plan of wearing the doublet bodice kirtle with accessories changed for the occasions worked excellently.
'scuse me now while I veg out.
