So I've noticed I start these posts with 'So...' alot.
Therefore I will not do that this time.
...snarf snarf...
I know, I'm probably on a sugar high and nourishment low, but that was funny. So there. We've also been having fun in the project directly translating sayings into English. It doesn't really work all that well from any language to any other language since it usually just ends as gobbledy-gook. For some reason the only examples I can think of right now are not really the sort of thing I'd want to broadcast, but you know how it is: "paint the town red" taken literally is a pretty silly thing to say.
Oh yeah, back to the topic sorta-kinda: opening my mail today I see: 463 new messages in the SCA-Garb folder. What do you say to that that isn't "Gaaaarf, bleeer" Well, not much really. But you take it slowly, delete every single message that has a title out of your own personal time period, delete the ones with an OT in the message and end up reading two dozen messages on Aspergers syndrome labelled tarquin. Yes, it did sort of annoy me, why do you ask? :P
