Today's non-progress.
2006-11-19 06:09 pmSo, Aros scriptorium today - what a bust!
I did take out all my stuff. I even sketched at a lindquistring in the wreath at the bottom. Then I had a much better idea - pick a nice inspirational book, find a sofa, snuggle down and be inspired. Much cozyness. Pretty pictures. I fell asleep for a bit.
After tea and an enormous scone with whipped cream from a can and strawberry jam I went home, having gotten not a thing done. Still, the literature we perused was scribal-related.
On the bus on the way home I was struck by the worst coughing fit yet. I had a tickle in my throat that just wouldn't go away and I was coughing and coughing and coughing for like five minutes straight in the bus. My eyes leaked, my nose ran and I coughed.
I think I may take another nap, now.

Date: 2006-11-21 12:19 pm (UTC)hot cups of tea and scones... = scriptorium. As long as you thought about work well that's what counts!

Date: 2006-11-21 01:51 pm (UTC)We did think about work. We confined our reading to illumination books of which Gro has many. I'm fairly sure my dreamscape was from "Cite des dames" too :)
