Feast of St Bruno

liadethorneggeToday was last day to pre-reg and pay for the Feast that my shire is organizing. I emailed the autocrat asking if my calculations for cost was correct and was pleasantly surprised to find I had over-estimated - I counted two suppers on saturday, of course I will only be having the Feast, they don't prepare an extra dinner on saturday for those not going to the feast but I had just added supper for Friday and Saturday to my cost. Detract one and I get off cheaper.
Anyway, I'm all registered and stuff - now I need to finish my projects. Really, I would like to have the court Tudor done so I can wear it to court, but I'd like the working class one done more so I can wear that and be useful to the autocrats. I can wear the swish brown bliaut to court if I need to - it's new in any case, and if I keep my arms along my sides, nobody will see the ugliness that are those sleeves. And it is new. Well, we shall see how that goes. I might finish both!
