Embroidery progress

I put my whitework embroidery on the scanner. This is what will go on the outside of the collar on my new Sture shirt. Spiffy, isn't it?

I will go with the same design for the cuffs, only skipping the filling in stage - I think. In any case, what you see there is four hours work, being pessimistic, and that includes transferring the design in pencil. So it works up quite fast. My stitches are, as usual, not the most even and neatest things ever, and some strangeness may be due to me waxing the embroidery floss to make it easier to work with. That may be entirely the wrong thing to do, but I don't care. It makes things much easier.
