The Tudor Tailor - Buttonshop:

Allow me to drool... They're all gorgeous, and I would not mind getting any of them. I am, however, particularly partial to the "Thread Cross" to put on a GFD. Mmmmmm, lovely.

ETA: W00t - all things being well, I should have buttons wending their way to my mailbox!

Working with pewter is really fun, why not make your own buttons? ;-)

I suppose I could do that - and I have thought about it - but I haven't got the carving tools to make the moulds, and I'd have no idea how to get the little loop at the end to attach it to a garment. It's just too much hassle, and the product at The Tudor Tailor is first rate. I know, because it arrived in the mail yesterday!
