Back to it now. I went ahead and did the Diagnose stuff that the dell support person (bitch) told me they wanted done before they considered taking it in, and while that was running I took up my underdress. Made one seam in what I thought was a flat-felled seam. But when I had pressed it down I realized that it wasn't at all. I have to stitch down on both sides of the seam to make it stay there. Meaning I did the fold in the wrong place, but I had pressed it and started sewing the seam in a backstitch. I went ahead with a simple running stitch then and will fill in the other side with the same. The next seam I will make a proper flat-felled out of. I looked up the diagrams online to make sure I had it down.

I'm only doing the (not gussets, but the triangle wedge shapes you put in to add width to the skirt, can't remember the name now). But I think it'll be nice enough. A good practice for me.

You will do just fine, don't worry about it. If you were always perfect, we couldn't be friends, hehe. Sounds like most tech support, hey do all the work and if it still dosen't work then maybe we will do something. I should know, I handle tech support calls at my company :-). Take care and this to shall pass.
