Prep for Crown

*phew* I have a ride to Crown finally.

I called up Sir Johann and asked after a seat and since he now has a great big Volvo hatchback he promised me room enough to bring a pavilion if I wanted! I don't need to though, so that's good. I also paved the way for the Princess to get a ride with him. Helwig is going straight to the site from work so there'll only be the three of us to, and then four from if nothing changes along the way (which they may well do).

Now that I have a ride I will start to seriously decide what to bring, arrange wardrobe, feast gear, sleeping stuff and snacks/drinks.

I wish I could go. I have this strong need for an event now. But there won't be any events for me this year I think.

I'm jealous as we had planned on going but Richard only gets back from the US on Friday after being away nearly a month so it was out of the question.

Aw, that's a little sad :( But I understand about not wanting to just turn around in the door to an event after a month away. Do you know if anyone else from your parts are coming for crown?

I shall of course bring back pictures and my account of the weekend!

Duchessa Alessandra Melusine is certaily going (she is kingdom MOL) and I rather think Baroness Mary and Lord Kevin are but that's all from our household I think
