I was looking through inspirational pictures planning for my green brocade when I came across another cape picture, so to save it for future reference: here's the link.

And for extra warmth, here's one with sleeves, lined with fur, and another clean cape lined in fur.

But the last one has sleeves. They're pretty common in the second half of the 16th century in geramany and I plan to make on eventually.
