General status: deplorably low.

Specific status: enough for a gathered partlet. So yay!

I dug through my binder of patterns and pulled out the pattern I had prepared earlier. Looking at it I understood nothing at all. I based the gathered partlet on

hleleanorsdress' so I went ahead and checked back to that source and things were made clear.

I've got my pattern pieces cut out and stitched together with a simple flat felled seam already. I've hemmed the armholes and am in the process of hemming the lower edge as well. After that, I just need to cut out a collar and (if I can manage it) ruffle.
