My phone beeped - the dentists' office sending me an SMS to remind me that tomorrow at 8.40 am I have an appointment with them.


Hopefully, this will be the last time for at least a year. I know the inside of their waiting area much too well.

Well, it is now Wednesday evening and I have felt nothing wrong with the fixed tooth, nor anywhere else - if I discount the stiffness of my jaw which followed all other appointments when they had to jab into me for anaesthesia.
