My sore throat has only gotten worse. And I feel very very tired. I'm not such a wimp that I'd miss school because of a piddling cold though, so I am still here. Besides, I had to come in to pick up my computer this morning too :) Hopefully it will work fine now, no more locking up for no reason in the middle of nothing at all. If it does then the dell people will come pick it up. For now, the laptop responsible person fixed it after Dells instructions.

Not sure if I will go to the Aros meet today or no. It's about what to bring to your first event. I've had a first event already, so I should be good. Hmm which reminds me, I should ask mom to bring a sleeping bag. Or get one of my own. Or just use my normal duvet. Hmm... I guess I'll have to give it a little thought.

GO home as soon as you can, take some meds(for pain and dry head up) and hot tea (chocolate can make your head stuffy) then gargle with warm salt water (clears throat and head; salt cleans), drink water (8oz) every hour and gargle every hour(unless sleeping)until better. (now I do not like pain, so I take meds, its up to you) Take honey and lemon at will. Please let me know when you are better. I never thought you a wimp, but stay home and get sleep. Oh on the laptop, this is not unusual, don't worry, it can be fixed. Go get warm, cozy, and make sure you have lots of pillows. :-)

I, of course, did not go home, so ended up having to go home early on thursday and spending the day zonked out in bed on friday :) Stubborness will do that to me. :/ You gave good advice, but I didn't follow it, except with the fluids, I felt I was getting it intravenously or something. Until it was just running through me.
